- How you found us: if you tell us which flyer, search, or neighbor referred you, we use it to understand which of our efforts are working.
- Access information: if your property needs a gate or garage code, we collect it by phone after you sign up rather than through this website, and share it only with the crew serving your address.
- Payment information: processed securely by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
- Communications: messages you send us by email, text, phone, or web form.

Checkout and recurring billing are handled by Stripe, Inc. When you subscribe, you are taken to Stripe's secure checkout and your card details are submitted directly to Stripe — they never pass through our website or our servers. We receive only limited information, such as confirmation of payment and the last four digits of your card. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy. We never sell your information.

- Service providers: companies that help us operate — including Stripe for payments and Google Workspace, where your signup details and any photo you upload are stored — only as needed to perform their work.
- Our crew: the service details needed to complete your pickup, such as address, can location, and instructions.
- Legal reasons: when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of assets.
