Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 24, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the curb valet services provided by Can Do Neighbor Home Services, LLC (“Can Do Tucson,” “we,” “us”). By signing up, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Can Do Tucson moves your trash and/or recycling cans from your property to the curb before your scheduled collection and returns them to their storage location the same day, on the plan and collection day(s) you select. Service is available in select Tucson-area communities; we will confirm coverage for your address.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete information, including your service address, collection day(s), and where your cans are stored. If your property requires a gate, garage, or community access code, we collect that separately after signup rather than through our website. You are responsible for keeping your information current.

3. Plans, Pricing & Billing

4. Cancellation

There is no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time using the Manage My Subscription link on our website, or by emailing or calling us. Cancellation stops future billing; unless required by law, fees already billed for the current cycle are non-refundable. To pause service for travel, contact us before your next billing date.

5. Your Responsibilities

6. Service Limitations

We coordinate with your local collection schedule but are not responsible for missed pickups by the waste hauler, schedule changes, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control (including blocked access or incorrect access codes). If we cannot complete a service due to access issues on your end, that visit is still considered provided.

7. Property Access & Liability

You grant our crew permission to enter your property as needed to perform the service. We take care handling your cans, but to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for ordinary wear, pre-existing damage, or damage not caused by our negligence.

8. Proof of Service

We may send an email or photo confirming completion of a visit. These confirmations are a courtesy and are not guaranteed for every visit.

9. Roof Check & Cleaning — Scope

Our Roof Check & Cleaning service is a cleaning and maintenance service. Can Do Neighbor Home Services, LLC is not a licensed roofing contractor and is not a certified home inspector. We remove debris from roof surfaces and drainage points and share written notes and photographs of conditions we observed. Those notes are informal observations only. They are not a professional roof inspection, a warranty, a certification of roof condition, or a substitute for evaluation by a licensed roofing contractor or certified inspector.

We do not perform roof repairs, sealing, patching, recoating, or any work requiring a permit or an Arizona Registrar of Contractors license. If we observe a condition that appears to warrant professional attention, we will tell you so that you can arrange an evaluation by an appropriately licensed professional. You remain responsible for maintaining your roof and for obtaining any professional inspection or repair.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Can Do Tucson disclaims implied warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three (3) months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Can Do Tucson from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.

12. Changes to Service or Terms

We may modify the service or these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use after changes means you accept them.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in Pima County, Arizona, unless otherwise required by law.
